Swedish fast fashion chain H&M has done it again. This time, they have officially collaborated with fun Parisian fashion label KENZO. Known for their bright colors, tribal patterns, and animalistic patterns, KENZO‘s fun and vibrant aesthetic will be perfectly executed through H&M‘s collaborative limited edition and much affordable collections. The mastermind behind KENZO‘s collection are Creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon (also known as the power duo “Lim and Leon“), with their respective campaign ambassadors Iman, Rosario Dawson, Chloe Sevigny, Chance the rapper, and Xiuhtezcatl Martinez. The said collaboration was celebrated with an exclusive A-List party in New York last October 19th.
H&M had previously collaborated successfully with Balmain, Lanvin, and Maison Martin Margiela.
Here’s a sneak peak of the collection, who wore it, and my wishlist:
Rotting for any of the f.f. products:
- Reversible silk kimono
- Wilder cut silk dress
- Large leather shopper bag
- Off the shoulder blouse
The official KENZO launch in stores worldwide is on Nov.3, 2016. Check more about the collection at http://www.hm.com/us/kenzo and visit your nearest H&M stores for the store designation launch information.
